Websites we have built
Most sites are flat. We build with light.
Three websites, all live, all open right now without talking to anybody. Two of them nobody paid us for, and we say which.
That last part is the reason this page exists. Every agency portfolio you have looked at shows you finished work and lets you assume it was commissioned. Some of it was. Some of it was a pitch that never sold, a template with a fake business name on it, or a site the agency touched for a month three years ago. You cannot tell by looking, and that is not an accident.
The one somebody paid for
Tacos Tierra Caliente — a taco truck in Montrose. Client build: paid work. Launched August 2026.
What it needed was not a design problem. It was a menu problem. The menu lived where most small restaurant menus live — a photograph, a PDF, a Facebook post from a while back — and a hungry person on a phone will not pinch-zoom a photograph of a menu. They will go to the place next door whose menu is on a page.
So: the menu is real text on the site. The phone number is tappable from anywhere on the page. The address opens directions in one tap. The hours are marked up so Google can read them rather than guess. It loads fast on a phone on a Houston sidewalk, because that is the only place it will ever be opened.
$497 to build, $10 a month to host. That is the whole invoice, and it is the same number published on our pricing page.
The two we built on spec
A spec build means we built it and nobody paid us for it. Real design, real code, put online properly — but not commissioned by the business it was built for. We label them because a portfolio that tells you what it is beats one that does not.
Houston Cosmetic & Family Dental — a dental practice in Spring. Built with a page for each treatment rather than one long services list, because "cosmetic dentist Spring TX" and "dental implants Spring TX" are two different people searching, and one page listing both is a page about neither.
McKinnon Chiropractic — a practice in Oak Forest. Same idea aimed at a neighbourhood: people looking for a chiropractor pick one near where they live or work, so the site says where it is, plainly, in the places a search engine actually reads.
Open both on your phone. Judge the speed and the writing — that takes about a minute and it is a better test than anything we could write about ourselves.
What is not on this page, and why
Traffic numbers, lead counts, "we grew their revenue 340%."
We do not have them yet. The client site above went live in August 2026, and the honest thing to say about a site that new is that it exists and it works, not that it transformed a business. Local search takes months to move. Anybody showing you a percentage on a site that age is showing you a number from a different site, an unusually good month, or nothing at all.
When we have results worth publishing, they will go here, with the date and the source attached. Until then this page is a portfolio and it says so, because the alternative is the kind of case study everybody writes and nobody checks.
The same rule runs through the sites themselves: no invented statistics, no testimonials that did not happen, no stock photograph of a team that does not exist. If a claim cannot be supported it does not go on your site, and it does not go on ours.
What you get, on any of these
The same thing was true of all three builds and it is true of yours:
- You own it, including the source code — from day one, on every plan. The monthly fee buys maintenance, edits and hosting. It never buys the code. If you stop paying, your site does not go dark: you keep it, and we hand you the code without you having to ask.
- Built for the phone first, and graded on a deliberately slowed-down phone connection against Google's own speed bar before it ships.
- Not a template and not WordPress — hand-built pages, no plugins to update, nothing to get hacked at two in the morning.
- The price was published before the work started. $497 one time, $10 a month to host it. Same numbers for you.
Tell us what is not working
Not what you want built — what is broken now. Nobody can find you. Your menu is a PDF. Your site looks like it was made in 2015 and you would rather not send anyone to it.

Questions
Can I see websites you have actually built?
Yes, all of them, right now, without a form or a call. Three sites, linked on this page, live. We also label which was paid client work and which we built on spec.
What does "spec build" mean?
We built it and nobody paid us for it. Real design, real code, put online properly — but not commissioned by the business it was built for. It is a genuine site rather than a mockup, and calling it what it is seemed better than letting you assume otherwise.
Why is there only one paid client on this page?
Because there is only one so far, and putting a second one up here would mean inventing it. Signal Growth is new. What we can show you is the work itself, live, at the price we published.
Where are the results — traffic, leads, rankings?
We do not publish any, because the sites are too new to have honest ones. Local search takes months. When there are results worth showing, they will appear here with dates attached.
Do I own the website you build for me?
Yes — the website and its source code, the domain and the content, from day one and on every plan. If you stop paying, your site does not go dark: you keep it and we hand you the code without you having to ask.
How much did these cost?
$497 one time to build plus $10 a month to host, which is the price published on our pricing page. Monthly plans that include the site and ongoing search work start at $247 with no build fee.
