Google Business Profile management for Houston businesses
For a local business this matters more than the website
Included in every monthly plan, from $247 a month.
Your Google Business Profile is the box that appears when somebody searches your name — the map pin, the hours, the photos, the reviews, the call button. For a local business it decides more phone calls than the website does, and most businesses set it up once in 2019 and never touch it again.
Why it matters more than your website
Somebody searching "taco truck near me" is not shown websites first. They are shown a map with three businesses on it. Which three, and in what order, is decided mostly by the profile: how close you are, how complete your information is, and what your reviews look like.
You can have the best site in Houston and never appear in that box. You can have no site at all and appear at the top of it. The profile is a separate thing from your website and it needs separate work.
The two have to agree, though. When your hours say one thing on Google and another on your site, Google trusts neither and a customer turns up to a locked door — which is how you get a one-star review about something that was never about your product.
What we actually do
Set it up properly, once
Claim and verify the profile, then fill in every field Google offers: the right primary category — which is one of the highest-leverage choices in the whole thing and is usually wrong — services, service areas, hours including holiday hours, attributes, and a description that reads like a person wrote it.
Then make it match your website exactly, down to how the business name is punctuated.
Keep it current
Hours change. Holidays happen. You add a service, you drop one, you get new photos. A profile that has not moved in three years looks abandoned to Google and to the person reading it.
Photos in particular: profiles with recent, real photographs get looked at more than ones with a logo and a stock photo from 2019.
Reviews, steadily and honestly
Reviews are the biggest factor in which of three businesses somebody calls, and almost every local business leaves them entirely to chance — then panics and asks twenty customers at once, which looks exactly like what it is.
The fix is unglamorous: make it trivially easy for a happy customer to leave one, at the moment they are happy.
A real example. For Tacos Tierra Caliente we generated their direct review link, put it on a QR code, and delivered physical stands to the truck in August 2026. A customer scans it while they are still holding the taco. That is the entire mechanism, and it works because the ask happens at the only moment anybody actually feels like leaving a review.
We do not write reviews, buy reviews, or filter who gets asked. All three are against Google's rules and all three are detectable.
Watch for the things that go wrong quietly
Duplicate listings competing with each other. Somebody else "suggesting an edit" to your hours and Google accepting it. A category change you did not make. Profiles get altered by strangers more often than owners realise, and nobody notices until the calls stop.
What it costs
Google Business Profile work is included in every monthly plan — Found $247, Chosen $747, Booked $1,247 — along with the website, which has no build fee on any plan.
We do not sell profile management as a standalone product. On its own it is an hour of setup and then occasional maintenance, and charging a monthly fee for that alone would be selling you very little at a respectable-looking price.
If your profile is the only thing wrong, tell us and we will walk you through fixing it yourself on the phone. That genuinely costs you nothing.

You own it
The profile is yours. You hold the login, you can see every change, and you can remove our access in about ten seconds.
If you stop working with us, nothing happens to it. The profile, the reviews, the photos and the history stay exactly where they are, because they were never ours.
We will look at yours for free
Send us your business name and we will tell you what is wrong with your profile — wrong category, missing hours, duplicate listing, thin photos, whatever it is. No call required and no obligation after it.

Questions
What is a Google Business Profile?
The listing that appears when somebody searches your business name or looks for businesses near them — the map pin, hours, photos, reviews and call button. It is free, it is separate from your website, and for a local business it drives more calls than the website does.
How much does Google Business Profile management cost?
It is included in every monthly plan, from $247 a month, along with the website. We do not sell it as a standalone service because on its own it is not worth a monthly fee.
Can you guarantee I will appear in the map results?
No. Google decides that, mostly on distance, completeness and reviews. We can make sure the completeness and the reviews are as good as they can be. Nobody can control the distance and nobody can buy a position in that box.
How do I get more Google reviews?
Ask at the moment the customer is happy and make it take one tap. For Tacos Tierra Caliente we put their direct review link on a QR code and delivered stands to the truck. What does not work is asking twenty people at once months later, and what is against Google's rules is writing them, buying them, or only asking customers you expect to be positive.
Someone changed my hours and I did not do it. How?
Google lets the public suggest edits to your listing and sometimes accepts them. It is one of the things we watch for, along with duplicate listings and unexplained category changes.
Do I keep the profile if I stop working with you?
Yes. It is yours, you hold the login, and you can remove our access whenever you like. Nothing happens to it if you leave.
