Dentist website design in Houston, TX
Most dental sites are flat. We build with light.
$497 for a three-page dental site. $10 a month to keep it online. Monthly plans from $247 if you want us to keep working on it after launch.
Here is a full dental site we built, live right now, that you can open on your phone before you read another word: Houston Cosmetic & Family Dental — a practice in Spring, just north of Houston.
We built that one on spec. Nobody commissioned it and nobody paid for it. We built it because a dentist deciding who to hire should be able to look at a finished dental site rather than a list of promises, and we would rather show you real work than a slideshow of logos.
The build
Houston Cosmetic & Family Dental
What it does:
- Every service the practice offers has somewhere to live, so a person searching for one specific thing lands on a page about that thing rather than a home page that mentions it in passing.
- It loads fast on a phone, which is where most people look up a dentist — often at 9pm, often because something hurts.
- The contact details are marked up so Google can read the practice name, location and hours directly off the page.
- Nothing on it is invented. No made-up patient quotes, no fabricated statistics, no claims about outcomes that a practice cannot stand behind.
This is a spec build. It is real design and real code, built properly and put online, but it was not commissioned. We label our work that way on our gallery too, because a portfolio that tells you what it is beats one that does not.
What a dental site has to get right
One page per service, not one page listing services
Somebody with a chipped front tooth is not searching for "dentist." They are searching for the thing that is wrong. If implants, veneers, root canals and cleanings all live in a bulleted list on your home page, Google has one page and it is about none of them.
Give each one a page and there are five doors into the practice instead of one. This is most of what the monthly plans are actually doing.
It has to be fast at 9pm on a phone
The person looking for a dentist is often in pain, usually in bed, always on a phone. A site that takes six seconds to appear is a site they never see — they are already on the next result.
We measure this on every build. The page gets loaded on a deliberately slow, throttled phone connection and graded against Google's own speed bar, and if it does not clear it, it does not ship.
Honest copy, because your industry is regulated and your patients are not fools
Stock photographs of models with unnaturally white teeth, invented patient testimonials, and statistics with no source attached are all common on dental sites and all of them cost you trust with the exact person you want.
We do not write any of that. If a claim cannot be sourced, it does not go on the page. If you want patient reviews on the site, they come from real reviews you have actually received.
Insurance and new-patient information, near the top
Two questions decide whether somebody calls: do you take my insurance, and are you taking new patients. Both are usually buried. Put them where they can be seen and the phone rings more.
What it costs
The prices, published
$497 one time for a three-page site, then $10 a month to host it, including three changes a year. Extra pages are $147.
For a practice that is already busy and just needs to exist properly online, that is often the whole answer.
Monthly plans start at $247 and include the site with no build fee. Dentistry is a competitive search market in Houston, so if the goal is being found by people who are not already your patients, that is the plan doing the work: a page per service, your Google Business Profile kept current, and reviews coming in steadily rather than in one burst.

Working with us
What we need from you
The services you offer, the insurance you take, your hours, and whether you are accepting new patients. Photographs of the practice and the team if you have them.
We do not run a six-week discovery process and bill you for it.
The build takes one to three business days from the day that arrives.
What we do not do
We do not build patient portals, integrate with practice-management software, or handle anything carrying patient health information. That is a different kind of project with a different compliance burden, and taking it on lightly would be doing you a disservice.
Our sites send people to your phone and your front desk. If you need software behind that, say so on the first call and we will tell you straight whether we are the right shop.
Ask what yours would look like
Tell us the practice, where in the Houston area it is, and what is not working about how patients find you now.

Questions
How much does a dental website cost in Houston?
$497 one time for a three-page site plus $10 a month for hosting, which includes three changes a year. Monthly plans that include the site and ongoing search work start at $247 a month with no build fee.
How long does it take to build a dental website?
One to three business days, once we have your content. That is the finished site, live — not a first draft and not a staging link you wait a fortnight to see. What we need on day one is the services you offer, the insurance you take, your hours, your phone number and whether you are accepting new patients. The day that arrives is day one.
Can I see a dental site you have built?
Yes — Houston Cosmetic & Family Dental, a practice in Spring, just north of Houston. It is a spec build: real design and real code, built and put online, but not commissioned by the practice.
Why do I need a separate page for each service?
Google sends people to pages, not to paragraphs. Somebody searching for dental implants should land on a page about implants. If implants are one line in a list on your home page, that search goes to a competitor who has the page.
Do you write the copy?
Yes, and we do not invent anything to fill it. No fabricated patient testimonials, no statistics without a source. If you want reviews on the site they come from reviews you have actually received.
Do you handle patient portals or practice-management software?
No. We do not build anything that touches patient health information. Our sites get people to your phone and your front desk; the software behind that is a different project.
Do I own the website?
Yes — the website and its code, the domain and the content, from day one and on every plan. If you stop paying, your site does not go dark: you keep it and we hand you the code without you having to ask, so any developer can carry on with it.
What happens when something needs changing after launch?
You text or email us what it should say. Most changes are done the same day. For the first two weeks after you buy, changes are unlimited and free; after that the $10 a month includes three a year and extra ones are $50, quoted before we do anything. Anything actually broken is ours to fix at no cost and never counts against your three.
