Website design and local SEO in Houston, TX
Most sites are flat. We build with light.
We build websites and do local SEO for businesses around Houston. $497 one time for a site you own outright, or plans from $247 a month with the website included and no build fee.
Everything we have built is public. You can open any of it right now, on your phone, without giving anybody your email address first.
The work, live
- Tacos Tierra Caliente — a taco truck that has been in Montrose since 2004. Client build: paid work, handed over August 2026.
- McKinnon Chiropractic — a practice in Oak Forest, serving Garden Oaks and the surrounding neighbourhoods. Spec build.
- Houston Cosmetic & Family Dental — a practice in Spring. Spec build.
A spec build means we built it and nobody paid us for it — real design and real code, put online properly, but not commissioned. We label which is which because a portfolio that tells you what it is beats one that does not.
What we do
Web design — fast, clear sites for local businesses that need to be found and called. $497 one time for three pages, $10 a month to host, three changes a year included.
Local SEO — getting found by people who do not know your name yet. Pages, your Google Business Profile, and reviews, month after month. From $247 a month with the website included.
Google Business Profile management — the map pin, the hours, the photos, the reviews. For a local business this decides more phone calls than the website does. Included in every monthly plan.
Website maintenance — $10 a month, three changes a year, and anything broken fixed at no cost.
Google Ads — $697 a month flat. Your budget goes straight to Google and you set it; we do not take a percentage, so we have no reason to push you to spend more.
By industry
- Restaurants — the menu is the website, and it has to be readable on a phone on a sidewalk.
- Dentists — a page per service, because nobody searches for "dentist," they search for what is wrong.
- Chiropractors — the neighbourhood beats the city, and the phone number is the whole site.
- Roofers — storm season, tappable numbers, and proving you will still be there next year.
If your trade is not listed it changes nothing about the price or the work.
Where we work
Houston and the surrounding area:
Houston · Bellaire · Pasadena · Jersey Village · Katy · Sugar Land · Pearland · Spring · The Woodlands · Conroe · Humble · Atascocita · Tomball
We are a service-area business, which means we come to you or work remotely rather than running a storefront you would visit. If you are just outside that list, ask — the answer is usually yes.
Why our prices are lower than you expect
Search what a website costs in Houston and you will be told $5,000 to $15,000, with the affordable alternatives around $1,500 to $3,000.
A quote that size is mostly not the website. It is the discovery call, the proposal and the pitch deck, billed in whether they win or lose. It is an office and an account manager. And it is an agency that has to make its whole year out of one invoice because it will never hear from you again.
We do not have a sales team, so the price is on this page instead of in a deck. We are small on purpose. And the monthly plans mean we are not extracting a year of margin up front, which is exactly why they carry no build fee.
What that money buys elsewhere, honestly: brand strategy, customer research, a photographer on site, custom software integrations. Real things, and some businesses need them. If yours does, spend it.
Tell us what is not working
Not what you want built — what is broken now. People cannot find you. They find you and call somebody else. Your site is five years old and you would rather not send anyone to it.

Questions
How much does a website cost in Houston?
$497 one time for a three-page site plus $10 a month for hosting, which includes three changes a year. Monthly plans that include the site and ongoing local SEO start at $247 a month with no build fee.
What areas around Houston do you cover?
Houston, Bellaire, Pasadena, Jersey Village, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, Humble, Atascocita and Tomball. If you are just outside that, ask.
How long does a build take?
One to three business days, once we have your content. That is the finished site, live — not a first draft and not a staging link you wait a fortnight to see. What we need on day one is what you do, the areas you serve, your hours, your phone number and any photographs you already have. The day that arrives is day one. If your job needs longer than that, we tell you before you pay rather than after.
Do you have an office I can visit?
No. We are a service-area business, so we come to you or work remotely. It is one of the reasons our prices are what they are.
Can I see websites you have actually built?
Yes, all of them, without talking to anyone first — they are linked at the top of this page and they are live. We also say which were paid client work and which we built on spec.
Will my website work on a phone?
It is built for the phone first, because that is where nearly all of your visitors are — somebody looking for a local business is usually standing up, in a hurry, on a phone. Every page is loaded on a deliberately slowed-down phone connection and graded against Google's own speed bar before it ships. If it does not clear the bar, it does not go live.
Do I own what you build?
Yes — the website and its code, the domain, the content, your Google Business Profile and any reviews or customer list that come with it, from day one and on every plan. If you stop paying, your site does not go dark: you keep it and we hand you the code without you having to ask.
How quickly can changes be made after launch?
Most changes are done the same day. For the first two weeks after you buy they are unlimited and free; after that the $10 a month includes three a year and extra ones are $50, quoted first. Anything actually broken is ours to fix at no cost.
