This site exists to show you what we build and to let you start a conversation with us. By using it you agree to these terms.
What this site is
Copy, examples of past work, and everything written about how we work are informational — an invitation to talk. Pricing is different, because you can now act on it: each plan carries an Ask first button, which starts a conversation and commits you to nothing, and a Pay now button, which takes payment straight away. If you use Pay now, you're buying the plan at the price shown beside the button, and we'll be in touch to start.
Either way, the work itself is governed by the written agreement we send you — for a Pay-now purchase that arrives after payment rather than before it, and it is the document that controls: if anything on this site and that agreement ever disagree, the agreement wins. If you'd rather read it first, use Ask first and we'll send it before you pay anything.
Our work and yours
The design, code, and content of this site — signalgrowthiq.com — belong to Signal Growth. The client sites shown in our work gallery belong to their respective owners and appear as examples of work we've delivered. Don't copy, scrape, or republish this site's content without asking — and if you ask, we'll probably say yes.
The site we build for you is a different matter: it is yours. The website, its source code, the domain and the content are yours from the day it goes up, on every plan. The monthly fee buys hosting, maintenance, edits and the search work — so if you stop paying, that is what stops. You keep the website and we hand the code over; we don't take the site down.
Text messages
We text people who ask us to, and nobody else. If you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box on our text sign-up page, or ask us in writing to text you, Signal Growth (Trent Mounts) may send you two kinds of message. Transactional: a reply to something you asked, confirmation of a consultation you booked, a reminder before it, and updates about work in progress on your site. Promotional: occasional messages about the web design, hosting, local-search and front-desk services you enquired about. That's the whole programme — we don't run text campaigns to bought lists, and we never send you anything about somebody else's business.
Message frequency varies — this is a small business replying to people, not a broadcast schedule. Message and data rates may apply, and those are between you and your mobile carrier; we don't charge you anything to receive a text from us.
To stop: text STOP to any message we send you, or reply STOP — either works, it's the same thing, and it stops the messages for good with no questions asked. For help, text HELP, or email trent@signalgrowthiq.com and a person will answer. You can also just tell us in a reply, in an email, or on the phone; you never have to use the magic word. Consent to be texted is never a condition of buying anything from us, and taking it back doesn't change your price, your project, or how quickly we answer you.
Carriers deliver these messages and we don't control their networks: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and neither are we when a message doesn't arrive or arrives late for reasons outside our hands. Nothing time-critical is ever sent by text alone — anything that matters to your project is confirmed by email too.
You must be 18 or older to give consent to receive text messages from us, and to buy anything on this site. If you're not, don't tick the box and don't use the payment buttons. What we do with a mobile number, and the promise that we never sell or share it, is in the privacy policy.
Honest limits
We keep this site accurate, but it's provided "as is" — we can't promise it's always available, error-free, or current, and we're not liable for decisions made from it beyond what the law requires. Nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice.
