We build websites and do local SEO for businesses around Houston. Our prices are on the site, our work is public, and we say which of it was paid for.

That is a low bar. It is also more than most of this industry clears, which is the whole reason we lead with it.

We are small on purpose. There is no sales team, no account manager, and no office — which is why the prices on this site are a third of what an agency will quote you, and why you talk to the person building your site rather than to somebody whose job is to get you onto a call.

Small is not a euphemism for cheap. It means the work is narrow: fast, clear websites for local businesses that need to be found and called, and the ongoing search work that keeps them found. When a job is outside that, we say so on the first call rather than six weeks in.

A spec build means we built it and nobody paid us for it. Real design, real code, put online properly — but not commissioned by the business it was built for.

We label them because it is true, and because a portfolio that tells you what it is beats one that does not. Every agency portfolio you have seen is silent on this distinction, and a good number of them are silent because the answer is unflattering.

Open them on your phone. Judge the speed and the writing. That is the whole pitch and it takes about a minute.

The price goes on the page

Every one of our prices is published: $497 for a three-page site, $10 a month to host it, monthly plans at $247, $747 and $1,247. No "starting from," no "contact us for a quote."

This costs us money on the big jobs, because we cannot read the room and charge what a business looks like it can afford. That is the trade and we would make it again — the alternative is a pricing model where the answer depends on your shoes.

You own it, including the code

The website and its source code, the domain, the content, your Google Business Profile — yours from day one, on every plan. The monthly fee buys the service: maintenance, edits, hosting. It never buys the code.

So if you stop paying, your site does not go dark. You keep it, we hand you the code without you having to ask, and any developer can carry on with it.

We used to think holding the code was normal, because it is normal. Then we wrote it down plainly and did not like how it read, so we changed it. Being able to walk away is the thing that makes staying mean anything.

We say what we cannot do

Nobody can guarantee you a Google ranking. Local SEO takes months. Ads stop working the day you stop paying for them. Some businesses do not need us at all, and when yours is one of them we will tell you and point you at the $497 site instead of the monthly plan.

We are not the right shop for an online store with a thousand products, a booking system wired into software you already run, an app, or anything handling patient health information.

Nothing on a page we cannot back up

No invented statistics, no testimonials that did not happen, no stock photograph of a team that does not exist. If a claim cannot be supported it does not go on your site — and it does not go on ours, which is why this page has fewer numbers on it than you might expect.

We are a service-area business covering Houston and the surrounding towns — Bellaire, Pasadena, Jersey Village, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, Humble, Atascocita and Tomball. No storefront to visit; we come to you or work remotely.
