First — the whole front of your business

We run your website.

  • Preview before you pay

You see the real site, live, before any invoice changes hands.

  • Answered day and night

Nights, weekends, and the jobs you're under a sink for. A missed call gets a text back before they've dialled anybody else.

  • You own all of it

The site and its code, the domain, the number, your customer list and every review — yours from day one. Stop paying and you keep the website; the code is handed over, not switched off.

  • Speed you can measure

Every build is gated to Google's “good” load threshold before you ever see it.

No second vendor to call

One team. Everything out front.

The website, the phone, the follow-up, the listing, the reviews and the posts. One team, one bill, one number to call — instead of an agency for the site, an answering service for the phone, and somebody's nephew for the Google listing.

Real-time 3D that follows you

The web that watches back.

Move your cursor — it follows. We don’t build sites that just sit there; we build sites that notice people and react to them in real time. Attention is the thing that becomes business.

Now — how it feels

Most sites are a flat picture. Yours has real depth.

Dimensional, real-time, alive — rendered live in the browser, not faked with a video.

And it moves

Built to feel alive.

Light, motion, and generative texture woven through — so your site feels like a place someone visits, not a page they skim.

Selected work

The sites we've built.

Every one is live and public — open any of them. 01–05 are independent concept studies, not commissioned by or affiliated with the brands they reference. 06 is a client build — paid work for a local business. 07–08 are spec builds for real local businesses. Labelled, because a portfolio that tells you what it is beats one that doesn't.

Why us

One bill, instead of four.

Right now that's four people to chase, four bills, and four of them pointing at each other the moment something stops working. Here it's one team, one number, one invoice.

Your web designer

A real site, built for your business — not a theme somebody else is also using. Live and public on a link you can send anybody BEFORE you pay a cent, hosted and looked after, extra pages whenever you need them. The site, its code, the domain and the content are yours from day one.

Your answering service

Your phone answered day and night — nights, weekends, holidays, and the afternoons you're under a sink. A missed call gets a text back on its own before they've dialled the next contractor. Every lead chased until they answer, and booking, quoting and invoicing done from your phone on one business number.

Your SEO guy

Your Google listing set up properly and worked on every month, your name and number matching everywhere online, and the map coverage that decides whether somebody two towns over ever sees you at all. Plus the questions, services and areas filled in — the parts nearly everybody leaves empty.

Your social media person

Posts going out on every channel you've got, reviews asked for after every job — by text, by email, and off a printed code on the counter — and every review answered in your voice. Then one page a month, in plain English, showing exactly what came in.

Under the hood

Engineered, not templated.

The polish you see is matched by the engineering you don't.

What you pay before your real site is live, public, and on a link you can send anybody — no deposit, no setup fee. You look at it first, then you decide.

What it costs

One menu. Four prices.

The first one is just a website — we build it, we keep it up, and then you’re left alone. The other three are everything: the website, the phone being answered, the reviews, the chasing. What changes between those three is how much ground you cover. No setup fee, no deposit, and you own all of it from day one.

What is included in Built, Found, Chosen and Booked, and what each costs. Built is a one-time price; the other three are monthly.

The terms

On the three monthly plans: no setup fee, no deposit, three‑month minimum, then cancel any time in writing. I ask for three months because that's how long it takes to be worth anything — if I asked for one, I'd be selling you a month of nothing. Built is paid once, up front; the $10 a month after it is hosting, not a contract.

What a page is

One thing you can be found for — its own address, written to answer one specific thing somebody types into Google. Google can send somebody to a page; it can't send them to a paragraph. One page mentioning all nine of your services is one page running nine races.

What you own

From day one: the website and its code, the domain, the content, the phone number, your customer list and every review collected. Cancelling doesn't put any of it at risk — you keep the site and we hand you the code. What ends is the service.

Add on, any month

$147each

An extra page

One more thing you want to be found for, written to answer one specific thing people type into Google. Added any month, on any of the three monthly plans — it doesn't reopen your monthly price.

$97/mo

Daily posting

Every day on every channel instead of three a week. Already included, at no charge, on Chosen and Booked — this price is for Found.

Google Ads, run for you

Flat, whatever you spend — I never take a cut of your ad budget. What you need to spend depends on your trade, and I'll work that out with you before you pay me anything. The ad account stays in your name, on your card.

What the tap-to-review pieces are

Found, Chosen and Booked come with them — two, ten or twenty, depending on your size. A customer holds their phone near one and your review page opens. There is a printed code on every piece for the phones that will not tap, and nothing to install on either end.

Badge reelClips to a shirt. Your tech taps it at the door, before he is back in the truck.
Badge reel, whiteThe same piece for a lighter uniform, so it does not look like a fix.
Counter standBlack or white, by the till. This is the one that gets used most.
Facebook standFor the front desk, when the follow is worth more to you than the review.
Instagram standSame shape, same tap. Points at the account you actually post to.
TikTok standIf your trade shows well on video, this is where the followers come from.
And the signature on every email you send

It is built once, from your photo and your logo, and it animates in every inbox that opens it. It comes with Found, Chosen and Booked — there is nothing to install and nothing to renew.

A contractor'sTheir photo, their logo, their links — assembled as the email opens.
An owner'sThe same piece with a different name and face. Yours is built once and never changes again.

Before you ask

Questions people actually ask.

How much does a website cost?

$497 one time for a three-page site, plus $10 a month to keep it online — which includes three changes a year. Extra pages are $147. If you also want us working on getting you found every month, the plans are $247, $747 and $1,247, and the website is included in all three with no build fee. Those are the prices. There is no version of this where you get on a call and find out.

Do I own the website?

Yes — the website and its source code, the domain, and the content, from day one and on every plan. The monthly fee buys the service: maintenance, edits, hosting. It never buys the code. So if you stop paying, your site does not go dark — you keep it, and we hand you the code without you having to ask, so any developer can carry on with it.

How long does it take to build my website?

One to three business days, once we have your content. That is the finished site, live — not a first draft and not a staging link you wait a fortnight to see.

What we need from you on day one: what you do, the areas you serve, your hours, your phone number, and any photographs you already have. If there is a menu or a price list, that. Most people send it in a single email, and the day it arrives is day one.

Will my website work on a phone?

It is built for the phone first, because that is where nearly all of your visitors are. Every page is loaded on a deliberately slowed-down phone connection and graded against Google's own speed bar before it ships. If it does not clear the bar, it does not go live.

Do you use templates?

No. Your site is built for your business — plain, fast, hand-built pages, not a theme with your logo dropped into it. It is also not WordPress, so there are no plugins to update, no plugin subscriptions, and far less to break or get hacked. That is part of why hosting is $10 a month.

Can I update the website myself?

Not directly, and you should know that before you buy. There is no login or page editor — you text or email us what you want changed and we do it, usually the same day. Three changes a year are included in the $10 a month, extra ones are $50 and we quote you before doing anything, and anything actually broken is ours to fix free.

That is the right trade for most local businesses, who never log in to a website editor twice. If you genuinely want to make your own edits week to week, say so on the first call — that is a different kind of site and we will tell you straight whether we are the right shop for it.

What if something breaks?

We fix it, free, and it does not count against your three changes. Broken is our problem, not something we bill you for.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The monthly plans have a three-month minimum — because thirty days of search work produces nothing anybody could honestly show you — and after that you can stop any time and it ends at the end of that billing month. The $10 a month hosting can be cancelled any day. There is no contract that renews itself, and cancelling does not take your site down.

Do you work outside Houston?

Yes, across the Houston area — Bellaire, Pasadena, Jersey Village, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, Humble, Atascocita and Tomball. We are a service-area business, so there is no office to visit; we come to you or work remotely. If you are just outside that list, ask — the answer is usually yes.
